SFT continually strives to improve the quality and the range of health care services, especially for the rural and lower middle class communities. Arogya Kendra was started in 1989 in Kalali, with a goal to provide quality medical services at affordable costs to the patients from these communities. The hospital was renamed as Ram Krishna Paramhans Hospital in 2003.
Besides providing regular health services, the hospital also conducts diagnostic and curative medical camps. It has also undertaken various activities like DOT for tuberculosis, cataract operations under National Blindness Control, temporary contraceptive procedures and family planning surgeries under National Health Programs. It monitors, trains and guides the medical teams working at the clinics, organizes medical camps, mainly for gynecological and eye related problems, in coordination with local government and private service providers.
The hospital is shaping up as a multi specialty hospital providing regular services through an expert and eminent team of doctors in various medical branches like Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Physiotherapy, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Ophthalmic and others.
